I love staying here! As cliché as it may sound, when I stay here, I treated like family. The rooms are spotless, and if any issues crop up, they are quickly resolved. The location is great; there are quick and cheap food places nearby, and it's right on the interstate. When it's the weather for it, the pool is really nice too. The laundry facilities are really cheap too; I pay more to do laundry in my apartment complex! Overall, it's a great place to stay and I heartily recommend it to all.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has roaches in the rooms, the rooms aren't updated and the cleaning staff doesn't clean the whole room. Our beds where unmade. The covers were just pulled up. Looked like the sheets had never been changed from previous guest. Guest are loud and are partying all hours of the night. Drugs are being sold in the rooms and stairwells. Will not be visiting again. Very disappointed.

I am sitting in one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever been in my whole life! I came into a desolate room after a long day on a Greyhound bus, and found stains on the sheets and the blanket. The comforter was ripped. The chair was severely stained and falling apart. And to top it off, someone had etched a phone number into the headboard! The bathtub was stained. However, the phone number was the most disturbing!!! So I called the front desk and explained to the sweet young lady that this was disturbing. She moved me to a more updated, clean, more comforting room with no problem. THEN after I had undressed and drifted off to sleep, there was banging on my door around 11pm. She had to come uproot me and bring me back to this disgusting room!!! All because her manager didn't approve. Apparently the manager has been aware of the deplorable conditions (including the phone number) and felt it was necessary to put me back in this filth!!! Upon questioning the girl about bed bugs, she simply told me that if I am bitten to please see them at the front desk. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? THAT'S ADMITTING THAT BED BUGS ARE KNOWN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! And they expect me to open my suitcase and stay here?!?!? NO!!! I am calling corporate at this moment. I have pictures of EVERYTHING!!! And, I will be letting my employer know that this is unacceptable. My skin is crawling!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!

I checked in grateful to have a room. My boyfriend and I were in town for the Orange and White game. The room was okay bathroom tiny. We stayed two nights and I came home with an unwelcomed souvenir. Bed Bug Bites!!!! I had an allergic reaction and had to go to the doctors and get a shot of steroids. I've tried to call and speak to a manger only to get Joy the clerk. Who admitted they have had complaints of bed bugs but never in Room 253!!!!!!!! Seriously do not stay here. I've had to throw away the clothes and luggage I used while there. Not to mention walk around with swollen nasty looking bites on my arms and face!!! Nothing has yet to be done to compensate me for the inconvenience!!!!!!!!!!!! Joy the clerk needs a lesson in customer service!!!!

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Not only was the front desk "manager" (Tina) rude, but when I attempted to get the contact information for the actual manager, she refused to provide me the name or contact information and then called my husband a "bastard"! Oh, and they have a BED BUG INFESTATION!!! Unless you want little hitchhikers coming home with you, I suggest you stay at a cleaner, more friendly Inn!
