I hired Tony Bennett to handle a civil matter for me. He took the case but later told me to use Les Levoy, because Levoy was better to handle it. Come to find out, the person I was suing is not his client! It has been 13 years and I am just finding this out. I will be going to the LASB to see if they will look into this.
