I hired Will James for my divorce and child custody case. He left me at the mediation and never returned to court, would not return my calls or emails after I paid him in full. Showing up at my home to request more money. I had to hire another attorney at the recommendation of the judge which in turn advised to file a grievance against James. I had to hire another attorney to complete the case. He never had any paperwork together, and was often late to the pre hearings. The judge would often scold William for not completing something during the trail. In the beginning he speaks positively as if your case is a slam dunk promising positive results and then when not prepared blames you for his incompetence in court before the judge. He should not be allowed to practice what he calls representation for anyone in a family law situation. If you ever hear this name I urge you to flee. He is definitely a sure way to end up in a worst situation than you already are and a theft and con man in a suit!

I rate my experience with Mr. William James a 5 stars. Well deserving after how my final divorce trial went. With Mr. James, I was able to walk out of the court room as sole managing conservator to my son, child support granted as well as a money judgment for up to 2 years granted to me, l got to keep my dog, and l got to keep my car! Although the Judge is making us sell both of our properties I’m walking away with 60% of equity for both homes due to cruelty and violence from my ex spouse and it’s all thanks to Mr. James help in representing me!

This man is a LIAR! BEWARE! We found this attorney who was supposed to be about Father's rights. In the beginning he was great after 2 years later he still DID NOT complete anything!!!! He loves to STALL, blames delays on everyone but himself. Turned him into the board and he told them we refused to give the child to the grandparents for visits (WHICH IS A LIE) and to think he puts his hand on a bible to be sworn in....I hope he can put his head on his pillow at night and feels good about what he does! He is a joke! RUN, RUN, RUN save yourself from the Hassle...Talks a good game in the beginning. But that is all.

Me and my fiance hired Will James a little over 3 years ago. We were fighting custody due to the grandparents never letting my fiance see HIS kid. We were served papers very fast and when we hired him we were already nervous due to us doing research and he had been reported to the board and just got done with his license being put on hold. We were obviously hesitant to hire but we were in a bind and he was willing to work with us. Of course he came in guns blazing and gave all these great options to us. First couple of hearings were good, he had done what he needed in court, but things went south SO fast. Again THREE years dealing with this. He has WAY too many cases on his plate and will just brush yours aside. And all I can say is GOOD LUCK getting ahold of him. We would text, email, call and he even said if he didn’t answer to call the office. Still NOTHING. Our case has been DRAGGED on for literally no reason. We paid him $6000 and not ONCE has any of our evidence been presented and we literally did all the work for him and he still can’t even present it. He made decisions without discussing my fiance at times as well. & god forbid you ask questions when he’s using his “law terms” he will make you feel stupid and get mad you’re asking questions. If you try to stick up for yourself or even question things regarding the case on why something wasn’t done he gets very defensive and rude. He will let little things slip through the cracks then come back and blame you. Nothing is ever his fault only yours. We had safety concerns which led us to not following documents and we even informed him two different times before doing so and got no response then he turned and got mad at us and saying everything was our fault. After seeing his record of saying one thing and not doing it we had the money to file for something he said he had to check on something and get back with us but we told him we need to see the ball moving then we will pay and then later he wanted to say we never gave him the money because he never did anything. I’ll leave it at that, but I can say TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSEWHERE. We feel as Mr James has screwed us over more in the last few months than doing any good for our case.

Mr. WILLIAM JAMES is the greatest lawyer all time. He truly treats his clients as family! If you are a single father in the state of Texas. I would not recommend anyone else to fight for your rights to have your children expect Mr. JAMES. He will go above and beyond to fight for your right to be with your children like no one else. I am so blessed that God brought Mr. JAMES into my life to fight for my children and help me win the rights of them! So all single fathers out there if you were still fighting for your children this is the man to pick to stand by your side in the court room. Mr. James will walk to the end of the earth with you to make sure that you get a fair chance in court. Words cannot describe how great of a lawyer this man is. his integrity as a man and standing up for all single fathers every where. If you are a single father in Texas, trust me you are making the right choice going with MR james. Thank you MR James for everything you have done to help me win my children. You are a true hero!
