I had the opportunity to speak with Darren on a few occasions regarding some potential work helping me set up a new business as well as finalize some contracts. He was very professional and extremely knowledgable. Certainly one of the better lawyers I spoke with over the course of my search. My only frustration is that I had a tough time getting in touch with him and having my emails/voicemails returned in a timely manner (24 hr turnaround). That said, when I did hear back from him, he went well out of his way to provide me with a lot of information at no charge. Overall, I would highly recommend Darren and I will certainly keep him on my short list for any legal work going forward.
