David set up the Trust for both my mom and my dad who were divorced. Unfortunately they have both passed away in the last 5 years. Since they both set me up to be the trustee of their trust, I can not imagine what it would have been like had they not had the trust. It was very easy do what they asked because everything was already written down. And when you are mourning the death of your parents you want things to be as easy as possible. Thank you David for helping my family to be ready for this difficult time.
Great Lawyer and great staff! David and his secretaries has been a huge help during a very difficult time. David helped the lady that I was the caregiver of get her VA benefits. A lot of people told us there was no way he would be able to do it.. well He did! We had a check just within months! He cares about his clients on a personal level! I would recommend him to anyone!
