It baffles me! My daughter and I met with Ms. McMaster for an hour on Aug 16, 2023. At the beginning of our meeting I asked for a written summary of our visit which she said she would do and we shook hands. I paid the $350 fee., waited 2 weeks for a written summary but did not receive one. I e-mailed her of our agreement and asked her to please send the summary. Still no response. Called her office to make sure she received my e-mail and they verified she did receive it. Still no summary. Called her office a couple weeks later and reported my frustration of not getting a reply to my e-mail or a courtesy phone call. It is now Oct. 30th and not a word from Ms. McMaster. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend her anyone and would certainly like my $350 returned for such incompetence. I am a retired Physical Therapist. We had to have our notes/ summaries done the day of our visit and we certainly did not receive $350.

If you need someone who isn't a afraid of a challenge and very knowledgeable in her field than call Miss McMasters! She's always responded when called - especially in an emergency situation and is very Compassionate when dealing within the Mental Health field and their laws and needs. She has been our Lawyer for over 10+ years and recommend her to anyone who asks for a lawyer. She is the Best !!

Not in a hurry, this is the place to go. 7 weeks after consultation, I still did not have my simple will update. After letting her go, I found another attorney and had consultation and my updated will in less than two weeks. Don't want to forget that it also cost $200 less.

I recently completed my estate planning with Ms. McMaster. She is easy to work with and very professional. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, explaining everything clearly. I now have peace of mind knowing that my estate plan is in order. I highly recommend Elizabeth McMaster for estate planning.
