Heidi Noll will take anyone's money and deceive the custody court while not following proper procedure to give her clients the advantage. I am not a client (Thank God) of Heidi Noll however, i was a part of a custody suit and Did not receive Proper Notice, I did reach out to heidi noll numerous times and she ignotednever returned my calls. Im sure she is thinking i should sue for Slander ect. Nice try Heidi, as a lawyer she should know... cant sue for defimation when it is the TRUTH!!!! FACTS nOT ONCE

I am almost certain Heidi is excellent in court. However during the events that precede, which tend to be the most emotional, expensive and significant portion of the litigation process, she leaves much to be desired. The initial consultation appointment should answer all questions and arm you with the knowledge necessary to continue with confidence. Unfortunately that was not the result of our consultation with Heidi. We departed with googled printouts of laws and regulations and had to conduct our own research to get the answers we paid her to provide.

I found Heidi on google knowing that I dont have a backbone and that I would be talked in circles during my PFA. I contacted a few different attorneys and really was not happy with how dismissive they were toward me. Heidi was anything but dismissive. She was everything i hoped for and more. She is firm and smart and helped me through every step of this crazy process. She was my backbone for the day. I wasn't sure that I would need a lawyer for only a PFA but is am SO grateful I found her. I will absolutely be using her if a custody trial is necessary.

I'm from Lackawanna county but my hearing was in Lehigh county so I thought it was in my best interest to find a lawyer that is familiar with the Lehigh county courts. I read reviews on avvo and google and I'm so happy I did. Her 5 star reviews absolutely reflect her skills. This was a child support hearing that I had filed an appeal from the initial conference. Reason being my sons mother is a liar and because I didn't have representation the first time around I got screwed. This did not happen this time around walking in there with Heidi. She is extremely professional and aggressive. Throughout the hearing Heidi picked my sons mother apart and brought out all the truth. I wouldn't think about another lawyer. I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend Heidi 100%.

PLEASE READ EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW. i was drawn to heidi by her profile and the positive reviews but my experience with heidi was a complete nightmare.the lack of compassion and care for her cases go to zero as soon as she is paid. prior to being paid i would have thought this attorney was heaven sent. she speaks to you only after you pay her. i believe it was $200-$300 for a hour and not a minute over. but will allow the consultation to conclude well before that 1hr is up. she makes her approach with you seem as if she is this winner and that everything will be ok as she has seen it all. you feel as sense of comfort and relief as she talks so swift about what she is going to do and how she does not like to lose. after she is hired all the energy goes to zero. you are now unable to speak to her via phone call as she will 90 percent of the time email you because she does not want to talk. she will make you feel as if she has done you a huge favor by proposing a offer that she makes without consulting you the client. when you have been stealing money as long as she has you know the courts. attorney's know the out comes well before you go to trial. they all have lunch together, they work in the same courthouse as there fellow colleagues. so they know the system. these are the same people that attend law school together and are good friends with the judges. do not ask her NOTHING outside of what you paid her for because she will not listen and will remind you that she cares nothing about that and that you did not pay her for that. she spoke to the plaintiff in my case without my knowledge. i had court today she also told me that she was appearing via zoom and told me to do the same. so when i log on to zoom my attorney is actually at the court house with the plaintiff. it was almost as if i paid her to defend the other party. after the hearing she never called me i had to contact her, which she then sent me to vm after the 3 rings and called me back. when she called it was silent as if i had to speak to her first. there was no recap, no explanation, no what to look forward to, what had happened, or what was to come, moving forward. please if i could save anyone. please read this. you will greatly appreciate saving a great deal of money. there are actually attorneys that do there job well and will share a sense of compassion for you and their work. I remembered i spoke to her about representing me at the a custody hearing seperate from my pfa hearing today. she told me the the fee would be $7500 and that would be for her standing on her feet for the day and she laughed at me and told me no judge in a black robe will give me 50/50 shared custody. this is the attorney i hired for my pfa hearing. now making me feel so uncomfortable i paid her for the pfa and she laughs at me as if i was a scum of the earth. i am going on every social media platform to warn people.
