Used them for chapter 7. I had asked about low income waiver of court cost and the person helping me said he never done that before. Really! You’ve done how many bankruptcies and you don’t know? Long story short, I could have saved $300 in court fees. This is the topper. When I went in and paid my last installment, not a thank you or anyone come out and ask anything, how things were going. I feel like they only care about big clients.

The whole office is an excellent set of individuals, kind have patients, and sympathy with all the clients' needs. I would recommend anyone to them.

They did are chapter 7 was easy. Now I have to file a 13 because of medical problems and house got behind, I called on a Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday. Rodney Caldwell was our attorney and he was very informative and professional. Great law firm and I know they will help us work through this debt. Definitely recommend before anyone else, they have payment options on a chapter 7 as well. If you can pay it all up front they take like 200-300$ off the cost.
