Through reading these reviews I am floored at the responses. Compassionate is a description in many of the reviews regarding this law firm which ceased to exist in my experience with Attorney Rosa. I also see where many clients were thankful for the step by step communication they received, again nonexistant in my experience. This was not a fender bender it was wrongful death of my son. Perhaps when handling these type of cases attorneys should take some soft skills training workshops. These people did not return calls for over 6 months and when they did they made moves with out consent. I even reached out to the client relations dept. and no response. I made a huge mistake using this law firm and would recommend them for nothing!
