Had the worst expierence ever it took almost two years to get answers, insurance paid them took them another month for more paper work, then i have to be calling for the break downs, finally thier check clears 3 more weeks passes and still no check, thier response until thier is enough checks to sign thats is ridiculous from my point of view you get paid and check clears we should get paid same time not until you get enough checks to sign.......

My experience has been an extremely negative and slow process it is 2.5 years long. There are never any call backs or new information. Its as if I am on the back burner because its not that big of a case, I was rear ended on SPID that caused a minor chain reaction.
