SEEK REPRESENTATION ELSEWHERE: Both Leticia Gonzalez and Christopher Le Fail to Deliver Adequate Client Service. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from both the Law Offices Of Leticia Gonzalez and her partner, Christopher Le. As a client, I expected to be kept informed and guided throughout the legal process. However, I found myself filing my own reconsiderations and appeal hearings due to the office's lack of response to my requests. This experience led me to terminate my relationship with the firm. I had the misfortune of dealing with both partners, and I can attest that the communication was poor with both of them. I often felt neglected, and my concerns and questions were not addressed promptly, if at all. This lack of attention and responsiveness added unnecessary stress and confusion to an already challenging situation. Given the importance and complexity of legal matters, it is crucial to have a law firm that provides adequate support and guidance. Unfortunately, both Leticia Gonzalez and Christopher Le fell short of these expectations. I strongly advise potential clients to seek representation elsewhere, as the service provided by this firm does not meet the standards expected from a professional law firm. One-star rating reflects my overall experience with the firm and the decision to fire them due to their inadequate client service.
