Literally worthless. Lawyer never calls back nor do the "receptionists" or "office workers". They do not get anything done. A process that we were told will take a month took 6 months. Then to top it off they fired the lawyer we were working with and decided to not call and inform us, so after a week or 2 of yet again not hearing back from anyone, we called and they tell us they fired him and to call him. Call him? He doesn't work there anymore! He didn't do a anything anyways, let alone after being fired! At the end of it all we ended up paying what we were fighting because they could do paperwork right nor do their job at all.
