Gruff, flippant, condescending and unprofessional. I've dealt with lawyers for various other issues and have never had an experience such as this. The office is a disaster which should have been our first clue but I won't judge a book by its cover. My wife has a serious medical condition and we were just hoping to get some guidance as to filing for disability. This guy just couldn't be bothered and copped an attitude when we asked even the simplest question. Well Mr. Murburg you're the expert on disability claims not us which is why we're seeking your guidance. He treats you as if you're a lazy student that didn't read the textbook. Mostly refers you to the website and acts as if you're an idiot. He appeared disinterested from the start and I'm not sure if he was drunk or about to pass out during the entire consultation. The only time he perked up is when he boasted about some case he won last year. Then right back to the get out of my office attitude. I admit I read the reviews about this guy before we went but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he cared about helping people at some point but it's obvious that is not the case anymore. It took all my restraint to not knock this guy on his ass for being rude and condescending to my wife.
