This is by far the worst experience, I ever had. First, they operate their office as T.V. Soap Opera Reality Show. Their office is the size of a broom closet.Very messy and unorganized. The client's personal documents is in plain view for everyone to see. The staff is ignorant, unprofessional, and dysfunctional. Attorney Richard T. Cook lost my personal court documents to build a strong case against the defendant. I paid Attorney Richard T. Cook $500.00 to start court action, they only send out a " Demand Letter" to the defendant.Do not use these people, represent yourself, saved your money or go to Legal Aid.

I'll advise anyone if you want your money in good hands please do not do business with these people they will take your money and do nothing with it, I hired these people to represent me in court and they stood me up and they made up a story as to why they couldn't be there , they put the d in detroit , they are really some crooks please again you want your money in good hands do not do business with these people
