Law Offices Of Robert Pagniello

Reviews

Great staff, very friendly and professional.
I contacted this firm months ago to serve on my SSI case. I have an upcoming court date and ALL THEY HAD TO DO was simply show for it and support me in it. I called millions of times, and they kept insisting that they couldnt get in contact with me but they have had my email and phone number since the start and it is the exact same information as of late. The DAY BEFORE my court date, they EMAILED ME, yes emailed me instead of called until they could reach me, stating that they have NOBODY there to move forward with my case in court TOMORROW! They stated how the SSI woudlnt give them any information on my file. I have never in my entire life dealt with nor seen a law firm as unprofessional, down right disrespectful, breach of privacy or anything like this firm before. I rather represent myself. Never again!
Had a very unpleasant experience with one of their attorneys
They are not the best by any means, would never use them again
The Law Office of Robert R. Pagniello is one of the worst law offices that I've ever had to deal with. My husband (MIchael Davis) used this law firm to work on his disability case. They have VERY poor communication system and work ethic. He would call the office several times throughout the week concerning his case only to be transferred to a voice mail system. He even asked to speak with Mr. Pagniello after being ignored and he was NEVER in the office and couldn't be reached. The courts was waiting on some medical records from his primary doctor and after a YEAR they dropped the case after NOT getting the needed documents from the attorneys office. My husband had to go to the doctors office (which was an hour away) to retrieve his medical records and mail them to the lawyers office and the courts. Susan Coffin was one of the people that he had to deal with during this whole ordeal and she was VERY nasty and unprofessional. During the hearing, he was represented by a total stranger who had no knowledge about his case and when the judge asked about the specifics surrounding his injuries, my husband had to speak for himself and basically represent himself. My husband decided to obtain another attorney after dealing with the non -professionalism for four years and they had the AUDACITY to ask for a percentage of any benefits that's recovered in his claim. We REALLY would like to hear from owner Mr. Pagniello. I'm so happy that my husband has finally moved on and hired a firm that's going to give his case the attention that it needs.
