Per attorney Jason COLLINS, Gregg admitted to altering billing records and perjuring himself in an attorney’s fee affidavit he filed in November 2020, asking for about $100,000 he wasn’t owed. He also made a partner an unlicensed attorney named Laura Jean Johnston , who helped and personally did embezzle money from my incapacitated father and who has now, according to the VSB, forfeited her law license.

I had an extremely important assignment for my continuing studies class (I currently already work in law but this area was not my expertise) and called to simply get one quick answer and this guy was rude, unhelpful and totally blew me off because he didn't have time to help with a "homework" assignment. I stated that the lady that answered the phone said that he would help me and he said he did not know why she would say that. He also asked me if I had tried to google it?!!? I wanted an honest answer from someone who KNOWS the material. But all I got was insulted by someone with a rude disposition.

Outstanding Lawyer you can spend more but never get this level of service.
