I wonder why Shannon's only negative reviews were all at the exact same time? When people don't believe in our constitution and don't believe that EVERYONE deserves legal representation it's a very sad day. Make no mistake, She is an awesome attorney and a great role model for women following criminal justice careers, as well as working mothers and wives.

Shannon Smith is an outstanding lawyer. She is passionate about her work and about ensuring that her clients are afforded all of the rights and protections that our Constitution provides. As a fellow criminal defense attorney, I can honestly say that if I or a family member were in trouble, she is the first person I would call.

For those of you blaming this woman for defending Nassar, you yourselves should be ashamed, not Ms. Smith. In our justice system, EVERYBODY deserves advocacy and representation, both those who are guilty and those who are not. A legal system which does not allow for somebody to be defended in the court is Barbarism.

BAD BAD BAD BAD! Shame on you! And shame on any female role model you've (obviously never) had. I hope you never work again.
