Their customer service sills have definitely improved. they tell you how it is and not beat around the bush the kind of honesty you would want from a lawyers office. they are very nice and truly want to help you in an way they possibly can. they are very good at communicating back in regards to trying to settle cases as fast as they can. got way more back than i anticipated overall very happy with this law firm

I had a very very very bad experience with this office. There was minimal communication. Whenever there was an update about the case, I had to be the phone to call. Very unprofessional you go in and the receptionist is having personal phone calls. I never once spoke to a lawyer. I was the one that had to call the hospital and locate records. I did most of the work on my own case. I would never do a case her ever again.

Went to Smeloff and associates after I had a car accident, as soon as I walked in the door the receptionist was very pleasant and sat me in a beautiful conference room, Mr Smeloff walked in and assured me that I had a good case and he can and will resolve my case. My experience began with Smeloff and Associates approximately 8 years ago. His entire staff from the onset was unbelievably considerate, understanding and attentive to every aspect of my case. Throughout the process he kept me informed to all case updates and assistance with acquiring the needed documentation related to my case.
