I absolutely love what I do for a living and I do not make any apology for that. Founding and building my law practice has been more rewarding than I... (more)

I am T. Micah Leddy and I am a criminal defense and personal injury trial attorney at Leddy Law Firm, LLC.  I help protect the rights of the injured and the accused - I love what I do and I can't imagine doing anything else.  I consider it the highest honor that I have been hired to defend my clients against criminal charges ranging from DUI to felony drug crimes and even capital murder.  There is also no greater privilege than to help an injured person through the legal process and enforce their right to get maximum compensation against those who have injured them through acts of negligence.

I have a great deal of trial experience and have handled cases all the way through trial in both criminal and civil courts throughout the state.  I am proud that I have obtained excellent results on behalf of my clients and this success has provided my firm with the resources necessary to properly prepare your case.  I also love running a small law firm because it allows me to develop personal relationships with my clients.  I am always directly available to my clients and make it a priority to stay in close contact with them throughout their case.

If you have been hurt in an accident or are facing criminal charges, please contact Leddy Law Firm to set up your free consultation. At Leddy Law Firm, LLC, I never charge for consultations, and I never will.

“Without Micah my life would be totally in another direction. I was faced with a DUI and a unlawful carrying of a firearm. When I came to my DUI, Micah was able to get my case reopened after I was convicted. The best part is, he wasn't even my lawyer at the time he reopened my case. He was just sitting in the court room with another client until he heard my case and he stood up and fought for me. After the entire 2 year period, which was because the courts kept pushing my case back, He was able to get both charges dropped. Micah is the type of lawyer that is straight forward with you and he will tell you what is possible and what is not, along with setting you up for the best decisions that will be best for you in the long run. I will recommend any person to hire Micah to be there lawyer.”

“Mr. Leddy, I can't say enough how grateful and appreciative I am to you, for your work and diligence to clear my name of any wrongdoing. I have been a Registered Nurse for 27 years. I love what I do, I love helping others. I have been doing Travel Nursing throughout the United States for the past 7 years. On one of my assignments; however, one of the facilities reported an erroneous allegation to the Board of Nursing for that state. That allegation, however incorrect, spiraled into further investigation from my original state of licensure. I contacted Mr. Micah Leddy for help in this matter. Mr. Leddy put my mind at ease, informing me through each step of the process to regain my licensure and good standing as a Registered Nurse. Mr. Leddy intervened on my behalf with the Board of Nursing and I now have my license reinstated and my name cleared of any wrongdoing! I owe my life and further career to the persistence and knowledge and experience of Mr. Leddy! Words don't express how grateful I am to him for doing so! I could not have done this without his help. Mr. Leddy is an attorney that is there to help with any legal matters. He is knowledgeable and fights for justice to be served! Thank you so much Mr. Leddy. Forever Grateful to you!”

“Our situation involved our Son, a Sr. in college, who was arrested for having an open container in a public setting after leaving a college football game. Attorney Leddy did an outstanding job and was able to get the case dismissed and all necessary paper work filed within a two week period – record time. Being able to get this resolved quickly was important, as our Son had accepted a job offer upon his graduation and part of the process was the successful completion of a background check. My family is very grateful for the work Attorney Leddy did in helping us get through this difficult situation. He went above and beyond to rectify the matter quickly given my Son's situation. He always maintained "open lines of communication" which was critical to me as we moved through the process. I would strongly recommend the services of Attorney Micah Leddy.”

“Mr. Leddy exceeded all our expectations through his hard work and dedication to his profession and compassion for our situation. We feel he is an extension of our family rather than just our attorney. Thank you so much and I know that it only takes one call and he will always be there to help us in any situation. He will go above and beyond anyone's expectation, due to his high morals and honesty and will go up against, county, city, state or federal without hesitation for justice to be served.”
