The Lichtman Law Firm

Reviews

As a mediator, Keith did a fantastic job in bringing the parties to a settlemen by by giving each side a chance to discuss the case informally before the session and then by using that information to jump-start settlement discussions and setting realistic expectations for each side.
The Lichtman Firm represented my company in a construction dispute and I could not be happier with the services they provided. From the start, Keith has been brutally honest with us and worked tirelessly to get us the best possible outcome we could have hoped for in our dispute. Every decision and move was made keeping the best interests of the company at heart, and for that, I am forever grateful. Keith's knowledge and experience in construction law is second to none and his connections in the world of construction law definitely played a huge role in the overall outcome of our case. The Lichtman Firm was able to demonstrate a level of integrity that I did not believe was possible with law firms and I take comfort in knowing that whenever my company is in a legal bind, they will be by my side.
I highly admire and recommend The Lichtman Firm! I recently referred a friend to work with them, and Keith was attentive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. When I asked her how the experience was, she wrote to me: “Keith Lichtman was awesome. He was very helpful, concerned, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend using him!”.
Burney Homes recently hired Keith Lichtman to resolve a dispute with a developer. We are thrilled with the result, including how quickly Keith resolved the issue for us! Keith is an excellent construction attorney, a highly skilled negotiator and a true professional. We highly recommend Keith!
Keith is a superb mediator, well versed in the intricacies of construction disputes and with an ability to identify practical solutions and facilitate resolutions that the parties could not have arrived at on their own. His value as a mediator is greatly enhanced by his understanding as to the different ways each type of entity in a construction dispute (owners, general contractors, sureties, subcontractors, and suppliers) views the world.
