Mr. Michael McDonald has been extremely patient, communicative and responsive to all our concerns and issues. He always give us great advice and direction. He was very respectful which made an awful situation bearable. Good lawyers are impossible to find, but this is an excellent lawyer. I met Michael several years ago at my former place of employment so when I was involved in an auto accident 3 years ago, and needing a lawyer I knew I could trust that has integrity and passion I thought of McDonald at Law. I called into the office and spoke with the office manager Denise Buckwalter. I asked her if it would be ok to bring UDS Service Dog in Training Nova to my appointment? She assured me that would be fine and they looked forward to meeting us both. When I walked through the doors at McDonald at Law I knew I was in the right place and felt at ease immediately. Everyone there was warm, caring and friendly. They even brought a bowl of water for Nova while we waited asking questions about UDS Service Dogs and how we help those in our community with a trained service dog. I was kept informed through out my claim, I was always asked if I had any questions or concerns. I honestly did not have any concerns, I knew that Michael and his staff were taking care of things with the utmost care and concern for me. Their professionalism and genuine compassion was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. A friendship developed between McDonald at Law and UDS Service Dogs program and this pasts August Michael sponsored a hole at our first annual UDS Service Dogs Golf Tournament. Denise has also become an advocate for our pups in prison program. UDS works with 2 of the prisons in PA, where inmates raise our puppies for the first stage of their training. She has dedicated herself to finding sponsors to feed a service dog in training. So far she has found sponsors for 9 of our dogs and has said she is just getting started. The dedication, and compassion that the entire team at McDonald at Law has for those in their communities shines through in actions like this and so many more. I would highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone who is searching for excellence in legal matters.
