I called the office to set up an appointment to see if they could help me with my situation. I was asked what was going on and after a lengthy discussion of the situation (About 30 min), I was told that I didn't need their assistance and was instructed on what steps to take next to resolve the issue. I never stepped foot in the office and they still took time to help me fix what was needed. This firm is awesome and will definitely use them in future if needed.

Stephen Burroughs has done my personal and business taxes for the past several years and I could not be happier with the services! Customer service is truly amazing!! Without knowing if this company would obtain my business in the future, he was more than willing to explain various aspects of how everything works. Was on the phone with me for more than 30 minutes. Hard to find good honest services these days. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Highly recommend this company!!

My husband and I needed tax advice relating to the Georgia Department of Revenue. We googled tax lawyers and saw that Britt and Burroughs had very good reviews. We assumed that we would have to make an appointment and actually go to their office. But when my husband called, Mr Burroughs was kind enough to give him advice over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we appreciate that he spent over twenty minutes helping us with our problem. We would definitely call this firm again in the future.
