The Malhotra Law Firm rocks, Esq. Malhotra responded to a couple of concerns I had, and he responded to me immediately; please be mindful that his turnaround is usually seven business days. If I had any issues with the document he provided me, he would stand behind me and edit it if needed. I'm confused by some of the past remarks made on Google. He is ethical and will quickly respond. The website for Malhotra Law Firm is great and easy to work. The employees that I have dealt with are exceptional! The process is long and frustrating but that is the state of Florida. I would absolutely recommend Malhotra and their employees.

I see all these five star ratings and I'm wondering if I'm using the same law firm. So far it's been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I read these reviews before and I'm having an experience more like the reviews i don't see anymore. It's been going on two years for our probate to go through. It's one excuse after another. My mom left money in her account so we could bury her and because we used the money for what it was intended they seem not to be able to do their job. After all receipts have been given still our family is left waiting to get passed this time of our lives. They don't return calls and they hide behind the fact that they can email you whatever B's they want and don't really have to talk to no one. The last email i received from them was in March telling me my paperwork was being done as we speak and it would be emailed right over, well it's May and not a sound from this so called law firm that can't even resolve a little issue of our case. Just like one of the reviews that conveniently has been removed said he paid in advance and got nothing and he had to go to another firm where it was done in a few months. After we were told it would only take three months. This will be an on going review as I'm going to post my whole experience with this law firm. I'm totally disgusted with this company. I'm having an experience more like this lady here who's review i found on another website and there are more like this that i have read, their 5 star ratings are featured here but the more often reality is not. Not good communicators. Very slow at filing documentation - despite having all the proper paperwork timely. .....As you can see they are far from what they advertise themselves to be. I'm not going to another law firm like the others did i paid them and they will do the job just as they promise. I will be leaving my experience written on this review page so let's see what happens and how my case is dealt with, so far i give them 1 star and that's because there are no 0 stars ..... going on almost 3 yrs now and nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!

I recommend Malhotra law firm..very knowledgeable in probate as my daughter's husband died a few years back and we ran into some problems with insurance with hurricane in so we had to go through probate to get property transferred into her name but it took a year but with all the stuff with the hurricane last year I'm sure all law firms are extremely busy so we're we're happy..
