My son Ethan was assaulted by a school teacher at the end of 2022. 2023 has came and gone without an update or resolution. The teacher was relieved of duty. Ethan was out of school for 5 weeks. He still passed all of his courses and will be graduating this year. I believe our case has been lost in a pile on someone's desk..or no one cares. Martin Law firm wasted our time. They have mishandled my son's case and everytime we call they say someone else is working on it and it just takes time. No one ever calls us back. I feel like we were taken advantage of and our sons case was disregarded. If I had known this about their firm we would have seeked counsel elsewhere.
