It is said individuals within and associated with this firm, are known for, whats perceived by many as negligence and/or predatorial. Despite the situation which I personally and honestly speak of taking place 10years ago, its not the only situation identified as immoral. Still, the truly noted downside of this firm is the "poor lack of communication". For which many families still struggle on, also a "poor excuse", yet.. understood.. that honesty, (rather this firm is right or wrong for their actions) honest explanation to convey and enlighten those still confused or misled or the later admitting fault, also understood, chance for redemption or amends. Even if the only thing sought out is closure... so 2.5 stars
