No, this is a terrible law firm. I got appointed to him as a public as a formality because it was a very easy case and I wanted to pleade "not guilty" on all charges he filed for an forensic evaluation as my ADVISER after asking me to negotiate on a "not guilty" plea and its usually if one wants to pleade guilty. It makes you feel like "law is practical" so just know this ahead of time that's how this counselor works. Edit* So word of advice from a friend of mine's dad who is a tax lawyer(but unfortunately he's in Florida): just file for a motion because some of these counselors like to try to act on your case and they can't without notifying you, remember the words I used. And that this person should work in divorce court Because I'm suing the officer that charged me. so, make like a lawyer and keep your mouth shut on certain things to them, especially that you can sue. And I'm checking if he has immunity for misrepresentation, then I'm suing this firm for a little less than a grand next. "mY pH0ne tOlD mE" But If this lawyer filed an NGRI (Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity) INSTEAD of me (just) pleading "not guilty" then I may get some money from this firm don't waste your time and sub him out or if you need to take your case to circuit and leave this counselor behind He needs to say what YOU want to do in YOUR case and that's it. That's the job description, practical, you people are his boss for your case. I think I'm going to law school it's not a bad choice This lawyers against you. Constitutionally, make sure your trial is done before 5 months
