I met with Ira in early August 2017 after my Mom, Kathleen was hit by car while walking to her car in Jefferson Valley N.Y. on Sunday July 30th.nI arranged for Ira to have an initial consultation with my Mom while she was in rehab. Unable to edit my previous review as promised. Here is my honest recount of my experience. When I contacted ira regarding a pole that fell while I was driving almost killing me and another driver immediately I thought he had a lot of knowledge regarding the body, nerve endings, the muscles and bones etc... in fact he pointed out to me that my neck n shoulder is leaning. He says that he takes pride in responding to clients but that's a lie. In October I called his office because they told me to go see the neurologist again and when I did they had discontinued my no fault. I called the office to update them and left a message and neither him nor his paralegals called or email me back. I've had the same email address for years and my number was changed in March because our account was compromised makes me wonder now if they had anything to do with that. Point is between October and March is five whole months. No phone calls responding to my last call in October. This does not surprise me because I'm black and my life isn't worth $4 here... if you are of color don't waste your time here, ....what's funny about this my husband made a joke to me in December when family visited, I said jokingly I'll get a divorce lol n he said well if ur lawyer is like ira u wld never get a divorce. Lol.. put on top of that he was working on a bigger case which obviously was more important than mine... you'd want someone to handle your "small" case the same way they would a "big" one. We contacted him yesterday or day before to find out he decided to remove himself claiming we never responded which is a lie.. I contacted him last. Then I left a review on his page and all of a sudden he can reach out to me via the same email I've had n he's had and used but didn't use between October last year and two days ago.
