ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I called because I received a call about debt from an apartment lease. She told me they would have it deleted if I paid in full. I asked to have that in writing. She refused and got very defensive with me. I told her I would call her next week to settle. She got even more rude, told me this is not a settlement and the like. I told her I understood that, that was my verbage. She just had to correct me. Then she asked me if I was having a bad day and to call back when I'm ready to pay. Ugh!
Absolute pathetic lying,pathetic, scum bags ,that need to be put out of business .They have a well deserved F rating, with the BBB ... I gave a review and a complaint with the BBB, and had to go as far as ,open a complaint with the Georgia State Bar Association. If these guys have their lips moving, they are lying. Do not trust them. I owe the company $300 ... I do not care what their fees are and what my sales reps commission is. I owe $300 .....They said I owed 798 we agreed on $500 paid in full. I said send me a receipt. They send me a generic receipt that said paid 500 ....I said NO !!!!!!!!!! Send me a letter that says paid in full! Finally after about 10 emails ,they send me a letter that says "Settled." NOPE!!!! For those of you who don't know, settled is barely better than unpaid! They would not have gotten $5- out of me,for settled... I would have given a total of $1- if we're going to "settle" it... That's what I told him I'll now settle it for $1 or I'll pay it in full now for 300. I yanked my money back from my credit card ,after catching them lying.. they wanted me to wait for 60 days and nothing happened. Because they told me on the phone it would drop off after 60 days. It doesn't drop off after 60 days if it's settled ... Only if it's paid in full. and I'm just going to sit back and see what the Georgia Bar Association does, to these people ....I have full intentions to put them out of business.. Get them fined, start a paper trail and I suggest you do too... ONCE you have any problems with this scumbag company, Google Georgia State Bar. And call them and they will send you a grievance form, and then that's how it gets escalated.. I left the Georgia State Bar Association of voicemail Thursday night ,and they called me first thing Friday morning.... These people again arw scumbag pathetic crook thieves ,operating illegally,that need to be out of business... And they should feel ashamed of themselves! But they don't because ,theyre pathetic scum bags. The girl I talk to ,Latoya,had about a 7th grade education ,from the ghetto, and she was name calling me, and trying to control the conversation from hello... And I called them to pay!!!???? Only these bozos could screw up a transaction when a guy calls with his credit card in hand!!! These pieces of garbage didn't have my phone number.... I'm overly convinced that they screw people everyday.... It just so happens I was a finance manager at Land Rover to Lamborghini and I know how credit reports work. I guarantee they're taking advantage of people every single day ...if they tried it on me, they will try to screw you too!!!! Start the paper trail with BBB and the Georgia State Bar Association when they break the law against you! It's time these Crooks go out of business!
Mr. Ifill was very professional on 4/9/15 when he collected the money I owed his law-firm. Mr. Ifill told me that I would get a settlement letter 7 to 10 business days after my payment posted. OK. My payment posted on 4/11. 10 business days was 4/24. No letter received by or on 4/24. 4/27 I called asking about my settlement letter. Mr. Ifill said I would receive the letter that day. I didn't. I call back today to tell him I didn't get it. As I'm trying to tell him why I'm frustrated, he gets DEFENSIVE and over talks me. He didn't listen to ANYTHING I said. THEN he got antagonizing!!! FINALLY.......I got the email and it didn't have the attachment on it, Mr. Ifill got sarcastic lol lol!!!! EVENTUALLY, I received the correct email and we got off the phone, lmbo! I send this rating because this company needs some training on customer service and making sure there protocol is being followed by their employees. This is the most unprofessional and GHETTO company I have ever dealt with. Consumers beware!!!!! lol
