Sharon Ross- My case was denied because I'm a stalking victim. And did not currently have a valid "safe" phone number to give them. The same day that I left there office. There was a letter typed up for me stating there was not sufficient information to move forward. However I was just told that same day, that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before the documents would be scanned into there system. When they really could have saved themselves a letter.
