Mr. Miller helped me with an important legal matter and I will be forever grateful. He was patient, his prices and billing were reasonable, and he fully explained everything to me so I could understand it. I would recommend him to anyone. I would not let the two negative reviews persuade anyone from using Mr. Miller. He is highly recomended.

I looked into attorneys and picked James based off reviews. And if I could do it all over again I would have went a different rout. I couldn’t have made his job any easier, I prepared everything for him and had everything broke down for him down to a t, witch made his job easy. When a stressful situation would occur and I reached out to James it would take over 2 weeks to get a response. James has a hard time keeping a staff and I’m not sure why. I spent 6,000$ Just for him to pretty much show up in court and turn in agreed entry’s that I finessed myself. I have been out of court for about 8 months then I had reached out to James to re hire him just for him to tell me he is too busy. I paid James 500$ each day I had court just to drive to the court house and he wasn’t to busy to take that quick easy 6k. My experience with him compared to my new attorney is way different. My new attorney goes over things with me and he’s more thorough. And when I reach out I get an answer every time I feel like the efforts there and I’m getting what I’m paying for in the representation from my new attorney.

If I could give no stars I would. This attorney withdrew from my case 3 weeks before trial because I was giving him facts about his procedures! He told me he didnt like my tone! I paid him and hired a GAL and he has not done anything! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM THEY WILL BAIL ON YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM THE MOST!!!!

James Miller was outstanding. He made a sad stressful time not as bad. He helped us every step of the way. I was most impressed on our court date. He sat with us, told us exactly was going to happen, and when most lawyers let there clients fend for themselves with check he helped us. He’s a great lawyer and handles your case with respect and a caring professional nature. I would recommend this firm to anyone! Thanks for all your help! -Nick Banks-
