Divorce is never easy and having Tim as my attorney was one of the best decisions I made. Tim and his staff went over and above throughout the entire process to answer my questions and to remain patient even when my world seemed to be crashing all around me. I think far to often we as humans are used to immediate drive through service from professionals as well as an ability to see into the future. If you are looking for that attorney you are on the wrong planet. Tim and his staff are very good at there job and if you let him and his team handle your case you will not be disappointed. My decision to choose Tim initially did not come lightly. I looked around, but in the end have been more than happy with the choice I made! I would highly recommend!

We had a situation occur to our son and we wanted the issue resolved as soon as possible so he could go back to athletics at school. We sent a request to meet with another law firm in Liberty first and they didn't return our request within 24 hours, so we stopped in to visit and we were told that we wouldn't be able to speak with the attorney needed for a few days as a consultation. We stopped in at the Murphy office and Tim was busy reviewing for a case, but agreed to meet with us and helped us understand the laws surrounding the case and quoted a reasonable price, which really put our minds at ease. Before we even arrived home, he had contacted the court to check the status of the paperwork to move the court date up and left us a voice mail explaining such. All I can say, Tim was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and was able to organize all the evidence and worked with the prosecutor to have the case dismissed, I highly recommend him for your legal needs.

If you like the stereotype Silver Spoon, entitled, trust fund baby that was gifted Daddy's Law Firm instead of working their way through the ranks. Will promise you the moon and delivery nothing. Lie to your face and arrogantly talk down to you because he is a lawyer and you are not. This is the place for you! You will love it!

The woman that answered the phone was so offputting I didn't even ask for an appointment. The first time I called she said she couldn't hear me and hung up. So I called back a few minuets later and asked if she could hear me. She was so rude 'yeah' was the response. I said 'oh i called a few minuets ago and there was a connection issue so i wanted to be sure. I'm..' She cut me off with telling me it was my fault that she couldn't hear me.Your business should remember that people are calling you for help NOT attitude.

He represented my ex husband but was very honest with both of us. I think he is the kind of man that is really trying to work for the best outcome for all involved. He would make a great mediator but I definitely recommend him as an attorney.
