Attorney Scott Orsini has represented and advised several of my family members as well as myself in different types of matters over decades. We consider him our "family attorney." Not only is he expertly versed in Florida Law, but he is also insightful and compassionate. On more than one occasion, he has placed humanity over profit. This is why I continue to refer all of my family and friends to his law firm. 5 stars!

If I could out ZERO stars, I would. Please run from this attorney as fast as you can. He is a crook, who will take your money, refuse to do any work for you, will not give you legal filed documents in your case, will give you bad professional advice and and in the end will demand more and more money from you, producing fake unauthorized invoices, threatening you with civil and criminal actions. I dealt with him, I lost $2,000.00 with him and I never saw anymore unprofessional. dishonest attorney as him. Save yourself money and troubles.

Professional theft in my opinion. Makes up invoice statements with dramatically false quantities (not fluffing hours but 5-10 times the actual amount). Will hold your case hostage and will send a bill a day before your hearing for way more money than you agreed on and already paid for. Paid $2500 and tried to bill be for an additional $5000 on what I later found out later should have only cost me $0 to $500. Dishonest, stalls cases, and is very manipulative for his own gain. Horrible communication. Lazy and wont do what you ask. I won my case, but not because anything he did or say. Was told he would sue me for leaving a negative review. Scott Orsini is a great example of why people hate lawyer’s.

Scott Orsini isn't your typical attorney. He cares about you, your case, and your family. I'm from Indiana, and when I started a custody battle in FL, I had no idea where to start. After "2 heartless money hungry attorneys," I found Scott Orsini, and my life has been forever changed. I went into his office scared, alone, and shaken up. He made me feel comfortable, and he didn't take advantage of my not having much money or knowledge of the legal system. Scott saved me and my baby. He's more of a hero than an attorney .
