Tim Murphy has been representing my company for the last few years in landlord/tenant related cases. He is truly the best. Extremely professional, kind, and knowledgable. We would recommend Tim Murphy for any landlord/tenant cases.

Totally incompetent! He worked an eviction for a tenant I had that stopped paying rent. He screwed up the paperwork that was filed such that he had to file again, which allowed for even more time in my house without paying. He even tried to charge me for refiling until I brought it to his attention that it was his error and I will not pay for your incompetence. In reality he should have paid for the extra time she was allotted in my house due to his screw up. He was useless and a total waste of money. There are better attorneys out there and luckily I have a better one now, should I ever need it! Caveat Emptor

I worked with Michael at the Murphy Law Group and was very pleased with all of his work. I live out-of-state and needed help with a tenant in Portland, and Michael was both efficient, thorough, and communicative via email and phone, so I did not need to make a special trip just for the legal process. He made the overall paperwork / agreement process pretty simple and was an excellent consultant on all legal and property issues. I would absolutely work with him again if I needed to.

Tim Murphy is a complete fraud and a delinquent. He should be disbarred. Completely unresponsive and incompetent. Total loser.
