Five years ago our property manager advised us to work with Perry Law Firm to help our HOA collect an outstanding delinquency from a home owner. Our understanding was that Perry would be paid as a percentage of what they collected from the delinquency. Perry never collected a cent for years, useless, yet they charged our HOA account fees, adding up to thousands of dollars. Finally our HOA tried to terminate Perry, but our property manager advised us that we would have to pay them thousands of dollars more just so they would stop charging us monthly account fees, for nothing! Our HOA has had success with Judge LF on collections but don't use Perry: Perry will soak you for thousands in fees but won't collect a cent.
