I wish I could say something positive about my experience w Brian who is my attorney in a divorce case. Needless to say I cannot. Let me express it like this. If the following list meets your criteria to hire an attorney then he is your man. Never returns a phone call. Takes almost 10 days to respond to a phone call via a long excuse in an email. Ask him questions in email and wait several days to get if best a forwarded document from the other attorney who represents another party Has a total lame answering service receive all his calls !! Get real how lame and unprofessional is that. When there is a crisis and you must speak w him , EXPECT him to ignore you. When you ask several questions via emails and leave several messages for days and await nearly 10 days for a real reply , EXPECT a huge invoice for his time reading your emails Did I mention he is never available when you need him. ??? If this is the kind of attorney you would like to have represent you then he's the best around town and will out perform all the others in these areas while getting nowhere with you where it matters. As of this writing he has my full retainer of over 4K initially and I have given him ample time and actually considerate messages and emails to prove himself but as of yet he hasn't. I am totally perplexed and not sure if this far into the race another attorney will help take Over.

I have used the Pettersson Law firm several times. Each time Brian's leadership, wisdom, and coaching in each case not only changed me as a client but as a human being. Brian represented me in traffic court a couple of months ago when I got a ticket for driving after curfew before I turned 18. He took the time to file a continuance when I had tests at school on the day of my court hearing. Instead of paying the expensive fine, he was able to get the judge to agree to me taking a defensive drivers course and pay a small fine. It ended up being much less than the ticket and it didn't affect my driving record. He returned my calls about my hearing and even text me the day of court to make sure I knew where to go.
