The Potter Law Firm was amazingly helpful to me. Having Cliff as my attorney took all my stress away. When I had problems with my insurance company paying for things, I would contact Mr. Potter or his assistant Carlee and they would handle it very promptly. And they were very quick to get back to me. Mr. Potter knows exactly how to handle the insurance companies as I didn't have a clue where to begin. He got me a nice settlement. Carlee is amazing. She stayed in contact with me all the time. They are all very nice and will help you every step of the way. Thank you Cliff and Carlee. Without you I wouldn't be where I am today. Gotta luv Mr. Potter’s new online presence! I’m a former client of Mr. Potter. He represented me for a car accident in 2013. I’ve hired several lawyers over the years, but Cliff Potter is simply Top Notch! First of all, he’s very accessible. When you make an appointment to see him, you get in within a few days and he responded to all my – sometimes annoying – emails within 24 hours. Showing up at his office, I was treated like I was their most important client - Amazing customer service – especially with his Administration Pro, Carmine. One cool thing is that Mr. Potter knows the Law regarding accidents; he’s been doing this like - forever. The insurance company was playing the delay-tactic game, but his staff knew all the loop-holes and would not back down to get faster responses. Most Accidents/Insurance dances take about a year to complete, … not with this law firm; I had a settlement within 9 months. The only reason for that delay was for my Physical Therapy to complete.
