I had a friend recommend them to while in hospital because of a second car accident. this law firm has helped me with all of the car accidents we’ve been through, without gouging me like other lawyers would have(like taking all the money) we were paid more than they were. Honestly this is the only law firm I would trust in. All I have to do was sign the paperwork and they have been doing all the work and heavy, lifting. I would definitely recommend them too.

Worst law firm to deal with in Vegas. All of these five star ratings are probably there IT people because none of what they say is true. Please look elsewhere and check there reviews before you act. This place or Law firm is a bunch of criminals and liers.

Well my experience was so cruel. From the beginning they promised me that they would fight for me sadly I never seen any fighting . My lawyer the last on was Tom Stewart everytime I called to get an update I got the run around.I would call and leave a message it would be a month no return calls this never changed for 6 years. I was lied to and even worse before my litigation date in court over zoom. I had to talk to Tom before and he told me what to say and what not to say. Isn't that purgury. Then at the end I had to talk to the supervisor in accounting her name is Gabbie she went over with me what yo expect when I signed papers to get my settlement this is exactly what she said to me yourit will be the gross settlement then loans which that's another story medical expenses then health insurance Liens. The more time we have to barder or talk to the people you owe and get the reductions the more money you make and we make then the lawyer takes there percentage off what's left after the bills were paid like any other lawyer in las vegas. I told her I wanted to know this because I don't want to be surprised and it changes. She said it won't she even gave me the totals. We what would you know I go in for an appointment and I am sat in a room and they send Christopher Acdas no lawyer I guess I was just not good enough to meet with no lawyer nothing. CHRIS WAS SO RUDE MY HUSBAND GOT UP AND LEFT. Paul powell is a lier he said he don't take more than you Well that's just not true he is proof. I have been calling to get an appointment with the lawyer to get my money given back to me but to my surprise I keep getting the run around this was 1,/18/2024 and it's 2/6/2024 and still no appointment. No calls nothing. Sad isn't it . Sad I might have to sue my lawyer over this. Don't you think I have been through enough. They are breaking the law by letting a paralegal do the closing on my case without an attoney present. This is called unauthorized practice of law. Where a paralegal portrays his self as an attoney this is just horrible it breaks my client confidentiality in the. State bar code of conduct it is written that no paralegal is authorized to preform as an attoney to meet with clients alone to do the closing of a case or ingage in practicing of the law. Or prohibited from negotiating settlement agreements, soliciting legal business on behalf of an attoney. making decisions without an attoney present . Wow boy did they really take advantage of me . ***UPDATE*** Jan 9, 2024 To my shock and surprise on Christmas Day no less I was once again blessed by Santa Paul. I think I was more shocked to win again than I was last year. This year my Christmas wish was for a new treadmill. I had quite a health scare on Jan 21, 2021. Since that time I have been working very hard and focusing on better health. I've completely changed my diet and lost 110lbs. I still have a bit more to lose and want to focus on increasing my stamina this year. Thus treadmill will help me to continue to achieve my goal of better health. I will forever remember and be grateful for the blessings I have received from The Paul Powell Law Firm. I was blessed enough to be one of this year's winners in the Paul-iday giveaway. It was a complete shock and very unexpected. My Christmas wish was a new mattress. I've been trying to save up for a new one for 3 years. But we all know how life can be. I moved to Las Vegas in April 2021. I needed to put some distance between someone I loved dearly and myself due to abuse. It's been a challenge. I'm hoping to be able to focus on paying off my debt from the move in 2023. Well today my new mattress arrived. I've been simply giddy with excitement all day. I waited very patiently for my new mattress to completely expand and just finished putting it together. Boy, it tuckered me out. So I can't wait to get to sleep. Thankfully, I've never had to use Mr. Powell's law firm. Generally, I don't participate in giveaways and such. I was drawn to this giveaway after reading about how much Mr. Powell gives back to others. Many successful people don't do much for others. Of course, they don't have to. Mr. Powell does so much for the community. Not just at Christmas, but all year. He provides hope to so many people through giveaways like this and so many other events all year long. We had quite a few conversations through Messenger while arranging for my new mattress. Each one was a joy. I think they were just as excited as I have been. Even after my mattress was delivered they continued to reach out to me. I sent a picture of my bed all made up the night it was delivered. It was after business hours at 7:45pm. I didn't expect a response that night, but really wanted to express my gratitude. To my shock, I received a reply immediately!! We were both so excited. The Paul Powell Law Firm really cares. I'm not a client, they're not making any money helping me. Yet they continue to take the time to make sure that everything is going well. I just want to express how thankful I am. Last year was very challenging, yet also a year full of blessings. I will never forget the kindness of this gift. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
