My landlord sold the house I was renting a few months ago. On dec 6th then new landlord just drilled in locks and took all of our property. No legal paper work I never got served anything. Ever. Even the cop you ld me to call prairie legal. So I did. The first 2 ladies I spoke to said that I hey were going to help. They talked about getting a apartment for me and my kids. Said they were looking into a hotel room. A ladies named Olivia promised alot in donations. After all these great promises. I get a letter in early Jan. Saying they don't have the resources to help me now. You are liars. I show up to office and there are no donations at all or legal help. Everything that came out of all of you moulths were lies. You waisted me and my kids time. You guys even said you would be able to get us back in our house. But you lied. Everytime. Your response says you only provide legal services. But yet you lied about those as well. The point is everything that came out of anyone's mouth there was a lie. Even the legal services you all promised. A lie is a lie. Period. Don't promise help and then say you don't provide it.

I feel that the attorney really don't fight hard enough for their clients. I feel like my eviction could have been avoid. I'm a take it as a blessing because the apartment me and my kids was residing was falling apart and PHA didn't even want to fix the decaying walls, the rusted pipes that was in the kids room rusted completely out of the ceiling. I was being charge for repairs that was never done, and the fact in had proof. Pictures that go back almost two years and recent ones as well. Not the fact of my money order I had paid Aug 7, 2017 of $212.00, went missing i didnt know that until the middle of September when I went in to pay rent. The fact they put in my hands to fix, knowing a chance of unfortunate circumstances or events to happen. Bottom line my story can go on for days but I feel like I really didn't get justice. Wasn't that what we was fighting for any way.
