Literally have to chase them down for any updates on my case in which I’ve paid for. They take your money and you do all the work, basically. Not professional at all. They do little next to nothing. You’re better off saving your money and going to someone else. Or if you can, do it yourself. Horrible customer service.

I want to start off by saying that Mr.Rosales is very professional on his work. He is a very upfront and tells you what to expect . With the pandemic it did took my federal case almost 2 yrs to get dismissed.
