I was referred to Russ Hartvigsen from another attorney. Sadly to say, I paid the retainer for a flat rate to get me through settlement conference. However after a one page filing to reopen my case, I was able to settle with my ex on my own. In request for an invoice of work completed and refund of any balance I have sent probably 10 emails with requests and completely ignored. All integrity of this practice is lost when money is the only motivator. Now I have to hire another attorney to recover unused funds that was contributed to this retainer. Super! Would not recommend

I have had several 'not so great' experiences with other attorney's in the past and this was not one of them. I met with Russ on a Wednesday afternoon and gave him to green light.
