Mike Sprano is an exceptional person and Attorney! You won’t do better than him. He’s honest, he has integrity and cares about his clients! Can’t stress that enough. He’s helped me ,regarding family members, a few times and is reliable and earnest in his approach. That meant the world to me as a sibling. It’s comforting to know that your attorney is “with your loved one” when they go to sleep in prison or jail.

I was recently accused by my school for vandalism, and forced into a school hearing. Me and my family thought “yeah hiring her would be a good idea to help me get back into school”, so we decided to ask her to help us. She had made us do several tasks which were very time consuming and long and some of them even costed money and I was all fine with it but in my head I thought it was going to be worth it if it could get me back into school. As the hearing went on we pleaded our case while the school hearing officers were going at it, to me it feels like she really didn’t defend me but try to convince the school to let me back in. Instead the school hearing officers pleaded their case accusing me of vandalism and warning me of the severity of the thing I wrote, so at the end of it after 3 weeks of not hearing from the hearing office hoping for the best, and turns out they wanted me to go to an alternative school because of what I did, I feel like this lawyer did not defend me at all and keep in mind we payed full price, I had to split the 5000 dollar fee with my dad and I work at fast food it’s very hard for me to get money so this was a big number for me but I thought she was going to help me get back into school, instead the hearing office pleaded their case and said otherwise, that fee was a lot of money and I wish it helped me get back into school and let me be able to attend my graduation ceremony but instead she failed me and I really feel bad about it, please don’t make the same mistake my family made. At the end of the day I wasted so much time and money and nothing worked I feel so bad about her not helping my case out and the wasted money I’ve been depressed for months and it feels like I’m the mistery and cause my parents trouble and some of their money. This is the worse and because of this situation I cry everyday :(

We hired Alene Sprano to represent our son at an FCPS disciplinary hearing we felt was unfair and demonstrated overreach on the part of his high school administrators.
