Josh negotiated with the hospital to get them to accept a smaller payment, since I'm not rich and the driver who hit me only had $100,000 in liability insurance. He was also able to get a significant amount of that set aside for me so that I could recover financially from being out of work for so long, which went beyond my expectations of what was possible. Throughout the process I found him to be professional and helpful, willing to explain everything that I didn't understand about the legal issues.
