Water is simply the best. Our family has used him on criminal matters for our family ranging from the petty to the more serious life-changing situations and Walter has always thrown equal enthusiasm at both typse of situations. I disagree with the other post 's assessment of walter as a puppy with his tail between his legs, are kidding me? Perhaps the merits of your situation weren't so favorable to you and there wasn't much to be done for you. There is no point in blaming Walter for that. I have been in court numerous time with Walter for my own as well situations involving as my teenage sons and always felt that Walter's enthusiastic , friendly , self-effacing , polite , friendly , yet informed , direct manner of dealing was the way to go because it is is disarming and I think it facilitates sympathy for the client because such an honest and straight forward fellow with a pleasant expression his face while expressing his thoughts with conviction of belief and obviously no apparent hang ups gives people a sense of ease. Do you really want F.Lee Bailey or Johny Cochran representing you in front of a Scottsdale Judge? I wouldn't but sounds like the poster above would and unfortunately sir things may have turn out gone even worse for you. I question whether Walter should have even taken your case since reading between the lines you were guilty and the facts were stacked against you. The fact that the merits of your case did not result in a successful result but that you insist on projecting you own failure as a human being on Walter is classic "victim" mentality of which there is too much in this day and age. Maybe if you detected some tentativeness on the part of Walter it wasn't necessarily his issue but the issue of that the chips were stacked against you and Walter knew it and maybe the only rationale that he could muster in your case was so unbelievable and so absurd that even he was embarassed about bringing up because it was border line laughable. Sir once you won up to the fact that it is you that created the bed you sleep in and while Walter is as competent as they come it is very difficult to convince someone that black is actually white.

The worst defense attorney money can buy!! The old saying "He who represents himself has a fool for a client" you'll be so much better off representing yourself than having chicken little Rich Ulrich represent your case!! He's like a scared little puppy pissing himself with his tail tucked between his legs!! Absolutely under no circumstances should anyone ever trust this man with your well being!!

SO FAR NOT GOOD. MY PUBLIC DEFENDER WAS REASSIGNED TO THIS GUY. IVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT HIM VIA PHONE AND HIS WEBSITE PRETTY MUCH EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK AND STILL NOTHING!! ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIRE AN ATTORNEY THE STATES APPOINTED YOU??
