I was rear-ended while stopped during rush traffic on the loop 101, my SUV was totalled. Nick helped me get to the right Doctors. Fast forword 28 months, and I could not be any happier with the outcome. Nick was wonderful, he answered all my questions, His assistant Sharry was super fantastic she did everything needed to get all my bills in. I believe sometimes people forget it takes time, time for the bills to come in, time for insurance companies to answer, it is not a fast process. Nor is it a guarantee of big bucks, sometimes medical providers will not agree to a reduced payment. I would and will recommend Mr. Valula and his team to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. I would give them all a 10 out 10 any day of the week. Again thanks Nick & Sharry.

I can’t give enough stars and praise to Nick Vakula and the Vakula Law Firm. While no one wishes to find themselves requiring representation, I find it a bit easier knowing that I can call on Mr. Vakula to help guide me in the right direction. His knowledge, trustworthiness and professionalism are a few of the reasons I called upon him when I needed an attorney again. My experience as a whole was great. I am extremely disappointed in the service that Nicholas Vakula provided me with my case. I retained him a year ago to help me with my case. At that time he told me what he needed from my providers. Upon receiving the information he told me that he needed more information from my provider. In August of this year he sent me a letter that specifically told me what he wanted.This is something that he could have told me a year ago. At that point my provider told me that they couldn't be of anymore help. I I was a victim of their decision However in the August letter he told me that he was going to pursue claims for lost wages, property damage and a very expensive car rental. He didn't say that these claims were contingent upon receiving more information from my provide. The total amount of these claims were significant and substantial. At that point he dropped me as a client. He led me to believe that he would be pursuing those claims. As a result I received no money from my case. I maintain that he could have and should have gone the extra mile for his client. He didn't use his aggressiveness that is in his mission statement to help me out. As a result I will never recommend Mr. Vakula or his law Firm to anyone and I will tell people to stay clear of them.
