Beware of entrusting your legal matters to the Virga Law Firm. My experience with this firm was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by abysmal communication, shockingly slow progression (on my *extremely* basic case), and employees who had no problem disregarding your time. The average email response time hovered around a staggering 3 to 4 weeks, effectively rendering any meaningful dialogue impossible. This is not an exaggeration. If I were to do the math and actually add up the time in between email responses, I have no doubt that I will have worked longer on that, than the Virga law firm did on my case at any point. It became very apparent that the Virga Law Firm was content to collect fees without delivering on even the most basic expectations. The had zero qualms about allowing my case to stagnate while I footed the bill. When I did get an email back, or the times I got fed up and walked in in person, excuse after excuse poured in, as months passed without any tangible progress or resolution. If you schedule an in-person meeting, expect to be waiting 10-15 minutes past that time in the waiting room. Every. Single. Time. The disregard for a client's time and money displayed by the Virga Law Firm is nothing short of reprehensible. Spare yourself the anguish and frustration by steering clear of this inept establishment. Do not squander your time, money, or peace of mind.

At a very trying time in my life The Virga Law Firm was there for me and my child. They really care about people and acted fast to help me. I would send anyone looking for help to them as they really did an awesome job for me.

The attorney assigned my case was neither aggressive nor knowledgeable. Communications with my attorney was very poor. The attorney regularly cancelled our meetings. When we did meet to review my case nothing was accomplished. After one year of no progress in my case. I left Virga Law Firm to go to an attorney that listened to my wishes and accomplished more in one month than the Virga attorney accomplished in one year. Needless to say I was out my retainer fee.

WARNING*?? DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE MONEY HUNGRY INCOMPETENT LAW FIRM!! I understand why people say they wish there was a zero star rating! I have waited months to write this but I hope it helps someone who needs it! Upon consultation with Andrea Ansley how much she wanted to help me. Which was one of the only times I spoke with her in a little under 6 months besides the 2 court hearings. I was .and now trying again to get out of, a very abusive situation because of her complete lack of care. She said she would hire a advocate for my children to speak with about the abuse that has taken place as well as file for him to have to pay for my attorney and immediate support as I have been a stay at home mom for years and he completely bankrupted me for the second time since I was trying to leave. She did neither of those things and ended up with my PHYSICALLY MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE husband to get almost 50/50 custody. Not one did she even try and argue or stand up for me and never even spoke with my children herself! Not even the "judge" cared about the 2 past restraining orders I had to place on him for being ABUSIVE! Not to mention her paralegal was so extremely rude she even had me in tears by how she talked to me just for reaching out to see what was going on as I hadn't heard from them..ever...except the DAY OF court both times to ask me to send over records I had already sent and even filed myself to "prepare" for court.. and even then she never even used anything I had provided which if she had I wouldn't be fighting for mine or my childrens life again with now having DCF involved trying to help me! Because of her gross negligence as a said "attorney" again I was forced back into an extremely abusive relationship for me and my children to be even further abused and now I have no means of getting assistance and am again desperate for anyone to actually care about me or my children and the hell we have been going through! Please ???? find someone else.. anyone else would have been a better choice but I blindly chose this law firm and naively believed thy actually wanted to help us!!

The Virga Law Firm has been a godsend for my case. After being bogged down in a 2 year case with a series of unjust court rulings that did not follow established case law, Mr. Gerard Virga himself stepped in, created a solid team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff, and salvaged my case. He immediately dove into over 400 exhibits on file and produced a whirlwind of effective actions that quickly got us on track for a favorable ruling. The new staff is superb and super responsive! I cannot more highly recommend this wonderful group of professionals and encourage anyone to have a consultation and see for themselves the difference superior counsel makes!
