Dreadful experience with the Webster firm. Cancelled a scheduled closing 1 hour and 6 minutes via e-mail before we were going to meet due to "issues outside their office". After swapping closing attorneys to a very reputable firm, We also had trouble getting the Webster firm to release and wire all the funds they had already received. If you're looking to close on a property in a timely manner. Do not use this firm.

I’ve used different closing attorneys in Atlanta and I can tell you The Webster Firm is by far the best. The communication is outstanding. They stay on top of the closing process and make sure that they Meet the deadlines. Other places call you the day before the close date and let you know they just started working on it. Not to mention their pricing is great!

Webster cancelled a scheduled property sale closing an hour beforehand with an email notification that they were having issues outside their office. Two business days later, Webster could not confirm whether their issues had been resolved or when they could schedule a new closing date. We moved our closing to a different law firm. Loan proceeds, down payments, and fees totaling $300k had been wired to Webster prior to the original scheduled closing. After being notified that our closing was being moved to another firm, Webster held the money an extra day before returning it.

My Closing with Webster Firm (Duluth Location) was well organized and handled professionally. I had a great experience and will recommend use the firm again foe future closings. It was my first time closing with them and was happy with the experience.

The Webster firm is always available when you call on them, they get the job done as they always go above and beyond the call of duty, in other words they set the “bar”high.
