I cannot speak any higher of Jeff Branch at O'Neil Wysocki. He handled my unfortunate divorce for me and made it a smooth, way less stressed ordeal. I had originally hired a different attorney who did what most lawyers do, promise to help you, get your money, then put you on the back burner. After my wife's attorney walked on my attorney a few times with no fight I called and met with Mr. Branch. Let me just say, the tides turned quickly to a point where everything smoothed out and stayed fair. One of the most brutally honest people I know, Jeff always told me the truth and shot me straight. Right from the start with my case, he told me "no one will walk away with everything, but I promise you'll both walk away with what you can live with". He was so right, our divorce was fair and neither side felt cheated. The one thing I will say is Jeff Branch commands respect with his knowledge of the law and his winning attitude. From the moment he took over my case, it was like I had hired a Pit Bull to represent me. He watched over my case with great attention, communicated with me at every step, and literally changed the balance of the divorce from my wife and her attorney taking anything and everything they could to them doing more agreeing to Jeff's terms and submitting to what he told them they could have. His courtroom presence is very professional but very intimidating at the same time, with an air about himself as someone not to be pushed around. I really cannot say enough about how he got me through the most difficult time I've experienced with confidence and a resolution I felt very happy about. He truly cares for every client. If you find yourself in need a of an attorney for divorce or family law, you owe it to yourself to hire the best to get you through it. I highly recommend Jeff Branch as the ONLY choice for family law.

Mr. Wynne handled my divorce case this year. I cannot say enough good things about how professional and understanding he was at a hard time in my life. Lynne Milford is an amazing attorney. She really took the time to listen to my needs, and come up with an action plan that would be in the best interest of My Daughter and I. I have hired her twice, once for my divorce, and the second time was for a child support modification. My divorce was a little difficult because it involved a US Solider that was living in another state. She worked day in and day out to get him served and made sure I was awarded everything my daughter and I was entitled to. My modification was also a great experience. She shows up to court on time, ready to fight for you! She really knows the law, and knows how to fight for everything you deserve in a well professional manner. I didn’t have to do anything but provide the facts and Lynne did the rest. She is the best family attorney that I know and I highly recommend her for any legal issues that arise.

I have waited almost 4 years to write a review. Reason being, I wanted to think that good came out of my custody contract. With child custody, this has not been a good 4 years and I believe it is because of the lawyer I chose. I am a single mom who is a nurse and is currently in nurse practitioner school. As a single mom, every dollar you make counts to provide a good life for your child. I like to think of myself as someone who has worked very hard to provide the best life I can for my daughter. When choosing this law firm, I went off the reviews. I spent $4000 of my own money not only to be passed from one of the lawyers who worked for this firm to David Wynne himself, only because the first lawyer was not completing my case on time. When I worked with David Wynne, he assured myself and my mother who came to the appointment with me that he would take care of everything the way we wanted it. When I went to court to deal with this, he did not show up. His assistant stated he was sick. I called his office and he was in a meeting. I felt abandoned which is actually a violation to the lawyers ethical obligations. Thankfully now after these years I understand what kind of person and lawyer he is. He is a lawyer that works for the money, not for his clients. I never got any of my hard worked money back. My child's father didn't even have to pay a dime. I was 26 years old and this was my first lawyer and I feel I was definitely taken advantage of. I don't even write reviews on anything but because my work with David Wynne has affected our lives in a negative manner, I have to come back and write this review to help save others who maybe think about working with him or his law firm. In this DFW area, their are many lawyers. Please do not choose this law firm.
