I did a closing with this firm in August, 2020. It is now APRIL 2021 and they won't return my calls AND I don't have the title to the property- it is a mobile home and they needed to pay off the loan and attach the title to the mobile to the land. NONE OF IT DONE. I am now going to report them to the SC bar. Totally unprofessional, unresponsive, did not return my attorney fee, did not do the work. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I am an attorney myself and would NEVER treat a client this way!
