Called the office highly doubting I would get any immediate answers, more so was looking forward to someone saying "I'll have someone get back to you" but surprisingly Mr Gill jumped right on the line and gave tons of valuable advice, and insight on the matter im actually dealing with, it was quick but he shared so much of his knowledge with me in so little time.
