Went to Germantown Methodist ER with chest pain and high blood pressure, 190/110. Dr. Long, without even doing the most basic cursory examination (eyes, ears ,throat), wanted to admit me to the hospital and schedule an echo-cardiogram. Not wanting to spend the night in the hospital, I offered to come back in the morning. He refused to schedule the test without having me admitted. His bill alone $1848.00. Two days later, a physician assistant, at Urgent Care Red Med, in Arlington, TN diagnosed a double ear infection. Red Med bill $136.00.

Had a 3:30 app. Waited one hour and half before coming to my senses and realizing this people are just plain being inconsiderate of other people's time. Was bounce around 3 different rooms and still never saw the dr. If you can't see your patients in a timely manner than why book them?! Calling my insurance first thing in the morning to ask them to be referred somewhere else and tell them to not send people here.

Great doctor and surgeon! Friendly staff!
